People do create their own sin, but also their own redemption. Their fear, and their freedom from that fear. I don't think people could be all that makes them what they are if it were any other way.
...I've seen it forever. I've known it since before people were people, before planets and water, when all things flowed together as one great and symphonic whole in constant motion. Their fear was inevitable. They became frightened of such intimacy--that their thoughts and souls were not exclusively their own. Afraid of being detached from their aloneness.
I thought it was possible to lead them away from that. Because there
were people in the world who could live without rejecting it, who could look forward into what is possible without becoming paralyzed by it. There are... countless remarkable beings in the universe. But it's in the strength of their wills that they begin their lives even more isolated. Without growing to transcend that...
It's up to each person to decide what the future holds. I believe in that more than anything.
I think I finally understand the reason I was brought here. Standing by as a spectator, trying to stay uninvolved... that's not a solution for anyone. I don't know what will happen. But, Ryoji, I don't think it's really a miracle that occurs; I think it's only people awakening to possibilities they never realized existed.
Take care of each other.
((ooc; And with that, chaos has departed to release the final seal that contains Neffe. :D Here's hoping the world doesn't asplode. PC says an OOC post explaining the events to follow is forthcoming tomorrow. So look forward to that. ♥))
